A county-funded coalition (LA County DPH Perinatal Equity Initiative + First 5LA) working to reduce Black infant and maternal mortality. From one leader’s calendar to a county-wide coalition — same discipline, bigger board.
- Coordinate a multi-stakeholder coalition — leadership team, planning team, and four workgroups
